Player Guide Book
Rules
Hereby, we have created some behaviour rules, that need to keep the best loyal and harmonious possible gameplay.
When you decide to enter our servers, you agree to our rules, that are listed in the following guide. If you don't agree to even one of these rules, then server access is forbidden.
The violation of any of the following rules will lead to a temporary or a permanent ban.
Report problems
If you see someone who breaks a rule, report it to a member (send him a private message). Don't retaliate, wait for the member to solve the problem.
For example, if you are teamkilled intentionally then ask a member to sort out the issue. Do not return the intentional team kill, as this only makes the situation worse.
For private message (pm) write the following in the console:

Spawn Killing
Do not spawn kill. If you arty just outside spawn exit and the splash damage area include the spawn area this is classed as spawn killing!
Don’t shoot inside spawn, if the enemy is shooting from spawn, you can only aim at the person that has shot from spawn and you can only use light weapons to shoot at him.
You can walk through the spawn area only if you need to go for objective, without shooting! If an enemy sees you inside the spawn you can only run away or leave them to kill you, even if you are being
fired upon you must not return fire.
Capturable Spawn
When the spawn is capturable, you may shoot into and in the spawn area. It will never be considered spawnkilling.
A spawn is considered as capturable if there is a capturable flag or if the spawn can be deactivated by destroying a command post.
Furthermore in situations where an objective, such as a vehicle, is passing a fixed spawn area, it will temporary make the spawn considered a capturable spawn until the objective is passed through.
Team Killing / Bleed / Gib
Do not kill, bleed or gib your own team. The only exception for a team kill (TK) is when your class is not medic, but you have level 9 of medic and are able to reanimate teammates.
In this case you may ask for permission to kill/revive a teammate when he has low hp. You cannot gib a friendly teammate which can still be "revived" by a medic.
Intentional teamkill will be punished with temporary or permanent ban.
Pushing / Nudging Team Mates
Do not push / nudge any of your own players. You can push only if someone blocks a door or an exit, and won't move.
If you push your teammate so that he falls to his/her death you will be kicked / banned!
Chatting / Behavior
Chatting
Keep your conversations in respect of everyone: don't insult, don't blame your teammates, don't act like an administrator if you are not, don't use public chat in a way to talk mainly about something that doesn't concern this game, don't spam with repeated sentences or bound texts and don't write in capitals ("Caps Lock" down).
Whining
There’s no need to whine about your team mates - if your team isn’t going for the objective talk to them, ask for help or instruct them how best to complete the map.
Always inform other players about danger’s i.e. if there’s a mg in a tunnel, tell your team.
Don't whine saying "this map is bad" or "I don't like the server", or against a member or to an administrator.
Recruiting / Advertising
Recruiting players in our servers is strictly prohibited, advertising in any form of expression, for example like naming yourself to the IP address of another server,
send messages to other players asking to join another server, show URL's of another community or clan, whatever is considered advertising is prohibited, and will be punished.
Administrators have the rights to evaluate and decide when a conversation goes over the edge, and take the appropriate countermeasures to keep the servers clean without any kind of spam, bad contents such as politics, religions, sensible arguments in general. Thus they can mute or kick or ban the violators without issue any warn if it's the case.
Community Insults
Any insults to the community or members will be treated in the harshest way possible.
Personal Threats
Personal threats are considered an individual aggression against another person. It will be punished with a PERMANENT BAN and eventually reported to the competent authorities.
Swearing
There’s no reason to swear on the server. Anyone seen swearing will be warned, then muted. If when un-muted you still swear you will be kicked from the server.
Language
When talking in game use English, as this is a universal language. This choice is not to be intended as any form of discrimination, but to facilitate the communications between players of different
nationalities. If you want to talk in your own country's language then use fire-team chat or pm the player that you want to speak to.
For private message (pm) write the following in the console:
/m partial-nick message
Binds
On our server the use of binds is allowed, but we require everyone to follow this binds rule, to ensure respect of everyone and ease the communication between players.
Like explained in the “Language” section we talk only the English language in general chat. Thus we expect that the binds are written in English too.
We do an exception if you use a bind which contain a short non-abusive text in another language, but supported with voice chat which is English.
The use of long sentences or spam with repeated bound text will not be appreciated and this will result in us asking you to change or stop it.
Covert Ops
Do not steal uniforms: The covert ops that killed the enemy player gets the uniform - No matter how many bullets you have fired before without killing this enemy. The only exception is if a covert ops kills an enemy and does not take the uniform, then this uniform is free to take by other coverts.
Farming
Farming i.e. standing in spawn giving out ammo or medic packs. It is called farming if you stand there longer than one spawn circle. Farming is absolutely forbidden.
When giving out ammo to a mortar don't just stay there as this is farming, you need to help all your team
Inactivity
Stay inactive in a team for a long time is not welcome. Teams appear fair but is not so!
Then we ask you to go spectator if you have your things to do, but if you needs to leave the pc for a long time, is better that you disconnect, just to avoid a server full of spectators.
If you disconnect, your XP will be saved. In case that the server is full, administrators have the authority to kick the long time spectators, just to let new players to join the server.
Engineering
Do not defuse another player’s dynamite/land-mines just to place your own! You will be punished.
Levels
Do not ask for levels. If we think you deserve either levels or a tag we will tell you.
Tag / Name Stealing
Do not steal tag or names. If found out we will punish you!
Helping Your Own Team
If someone calls for your class i.e. engie, field ops, medic and so on go help them!
Remember, you can only win if everyone works together. If you work together you get things done. A lone player is an easy target.
Balanced Teams
If you notice that the teams are unfair, such as 8 vs 10, or the player ability is much better on one team and you are on the stronger side, don't wait for admin intervention, please swap sides.
Also if the !shuffle command is used, going to spectators in order to return back to your previous team is not welcome.
We want a nice and fair game, so try to help and keep the teams even, it is a sign of loyal gameplay, and it will honour you.
Using Exploits / Tweaks / Scripts / Cheats
Using map bugs or exploits to gain advantage is strictly prohibited. Playdead to go over a wall or a barrier, is prohibited.
Variable "timenudge" must be set to zero (Default is 0).
Playdead inside tank is allowed.
The use of anti recoil scripts, and in particular the bugged values of com_maxfps are strictly forbidden.
Using any kind of cheats are forbidden and are punishable with a permanent ban from server.
Trickjumping / Doublejumping
Using trickjumping, doublejumping or by making a human ladder to overcome one of the map's objectives or to gain access to win a map may result in a map restart,
and the player responsible being punished.
Names
Please no offensive names of any kind, if seen we will ask you to change your name, remember there might be younger players, or people that can be offended.
The player which use a default "ETplayer" nickname, will be asked to change it or be renamed by an administrator.
XP Whoring
XP whoring is not the point of the game; it’s to complete the objective. If a player is caught trying to gain XP with tricks (example, medic that bleeds a mate and heals him repeatably to gain XP),
he/she will be punished.
Admin Level System
What does admin levels mean? How many levels do we have?
The adminlevels are reserved for special players, usually a guest will have the default level 0 (guest) and he can use limited commands. Each command must have a ! prefix, so !help will show the list of all your available commands.
Of course players don't need many commands, because most of are used to administrate the server for a fair game play.
We will reward regular players that show an active presence and dedication to our community.
Players shouldn't ask for levels - it is forbidden! Repeated requests for levels may result in the contrary effect. So, take care!

Levels 6 - 7 : Use of admin commands
Avoid using your commands for your own pleasure. Commands like Pip or Pop (or similar) may only be used during the intermission or warm-up - not during game sessions.
